Com-Unic Quality & Standards


At Com-Unic, quality is at the heart of all we do. We work with professionally trained translators, all of whom are native speakers of their target language. Our work processes are subject to stringent quality management criteria and we engage in regular linguistic and formal quality assurance measures in accordance with the stipulations of DIN EN 15038.


By working with Com-Unic, you profit from the uniform quality standards of a corporate group, as well as a flexible organisational structure that ensures we can provide you with rapid support. Our quality assurance policy is orientated on the international norm DIN EN 15038. Further, we work to optimise these standards as part of a Total Quality Management approach centred on you, our valued customer.


Our IT systems utilise the necessary certificates for securely encrypted email traffic. Following a corresponding assessment, additional certificates can be integrated upon request. All data is protected with backups and system-relevant data storage systems.

All of our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements that satisfy the same requirements as those used by the Bar Council.


For the duration of our cooperation, our project staff will be available to help you; they may be reached by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. workdays. Our project heads coordinate and oversee our translators and copy-editors, allowing them to quickly respond in the event that project parameters need to be adjusted at short notice.
